About Us
Kip Givens
A “pastor’s kid” from the St. Louis area, has been immersed in church and ministry throughout his entire life. Ordained at 21, Kip has served in various roles including youth pastor, associate pastor and senior pastor and has planted missional churches in Illinois and Nebraska.
Alongside his passion for ministry, Kip is an enthusiast of whiskey and cigars and is a certified professional in the field of whiskey as well. Kip is the author of “Sweet Drams Are Made Of These” and “Letter To A Bewitched Church”. Kip along with his wife of over 20 years currently live in Indiana.

Whiskey University teaches public classes throughout the country at a variety of venues such as: Restaurants, Country Clubs, Bars, Distillery locations, Liquor Stores, Casinos, Lodges, Grocery Stores, Resorts and Assisted Living Facilities. We also teach private tastings and classes for hire at parties, events, conventions and/or shows.
